Uploading Artifacts to Zenodo
In the final step of the workflow, artifacts, along with the manifest (manifest.rdmc) and artifact detail (artifact_name.md) files, can be effortlessly uploaded to Zenodo. Zenodo is an open-access repository designed to simplify the process of sharing and preserving work in a reliable and secure environment. With just a click of a button, users can log in to Zenodo, authenticate, and publish their artifacts automatically, ensuring long-term accessibility and visibility.

How to Upload Artifacts to Zenodo
Follow these steps to complete the upload process:
Review Artifacts
Ensure that all desired artifacts, the manifest.rdmc and all artifact_name.md files are correctly prepared in the workflow.
Verify that the metadata (such as titles, uploaded resources, and authorship details) is accurate.
Click Button
In the final step of the workflow, locate and click the Upload to Zenodo button to initiate the upload process.
Grant Authorization
After click, Zenodo will request permission to allow the application to upload files on the account's behalf.
Select Authorize to proceed.
Log In to Zenodo
If user is not login, a login screen will appear, prompting entry of Zenodo credentials.
If no Zenodo account is available, one can be created by following the instructions on the login page.
Automatic Upload
After successful authentication, automatically upload all selected artifacts, including the manifest.rdmc file, to Zenodo.
A progress indicator will display the status of the upload.
Important
A Zenodo account is required for authentication and publishing of artifacts.
Zenodo provides options to choose the access level for uploads, including public, restricted, or private.
Uploaded materials can be edited later directly on Zenodo's platform.
